Your enquiries

When you send an enquiry, the name, email address, subject and message you enter are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our booking mailbox so we can respond. Please include only information needed for your enquiry. The form also uses a hidden field to help filter spam.

Optional marketing

If you choose “Accept marketing”, we load Meta Pixel to measure page visits, clicks through to Spotify and confirmed enquiry submissions. We use these events to understand engagement, measure ads and build audiences for relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Meta receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page URL and cookie identifiers, together with these events. Spotify click events include the public release or artist name and identifier. An enquiry event says that a submission succeeded; our tracking code does not send your form’s name, email, subject or message. We do not enable automatic advanced matching.

Meta may associate events with your Meta account and process them under its own privacy policy and cookies policy. A Spotify click measures a visit to Spotify, not whether you played a track there.

Your choice

Marketing tracking stays off until you accept. Rejecting it does not affect the music links, gallery or enquiry form. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. The optional Meta cookies include _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc. They are used for advertising measurement and matching.

You can use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Rejecting marketing stops future events from our tracking code and removes accessible Meta cookies set on this website. It does not undo information already sent to Meta. We also keep marketing tracking off when your browser signals Global Privacy Control.
